Terms of use
Short, because it should be.

What Ceardaí is
A place for trade businesses in Ireland to advertise jobs and search CVs, and for tradespeople and apprentices to be found and to apply. We are not an employment agency, we are not party to any contract you agree, and we do not vet or guarantee anyone.
Your account
One account per person. Use a real email address you can access, keep your password to yourself, and don't let anyone else use your login.
Everything you post must be true and yours to post — your own experience, your own contact details, and jobs you are genuinely hiring for.
What isn't allowed
Fake job ads, fake profiles, or posting someone else's details. Advertising anything that isn't a job. Scraping the CV database, whether by hand or automatically. Contacting people for anything other than the job they applied for or the work you found them for.
Discriminating on any ground protected by the Employment Equality Acts. Ads that do will be removed.
We can suspend or remove an account that breaks these rules.
Credits
Businesses spend credits to reveal a tradesperson's contact details. A revealed contact stays revealed to that business, so a credit is spent once per person, not per view. Credits are for use on Ceardaí and have no cash value.
Posting a job and applying for one do not cost credits, and we have no plans to change that.
Content you post
It stays yours. You give us permission to display it on Ceardaí so the site can do its job — showing your CV to businesses, or your ad to tradespeople. Remove it and we stop.
No guarantees
We can't promise you'll find work or find staff, that any listing is accurate, or that the site is always available. Check who you're dealing with, exactly as you would if they rang you.
Ending it
You can delete your account whenever you like. See Privacy for what happens to your data.
